This is a criminal collection organization. Go to their website, IMMEDIATE CREDIT RECOVERY, click "Healthcare", and then click the link to their HIPAA privacy policy. Read it carefully. They have access to all your medical records if you owe for medical (in addition to every thing else), and are not making any guarantees as to the safety of your private medical information with their employees. This company should be reported to the Attorney General in every state. If they call you about any medical payment issue, make sure that you report them right away.

They said they were from American Law associates, and called my girlfriend asking if I was there. I have not lived there for almost a year. He threatened her to tell him where I was.I do not know these people! She has gotten three phone calls in a row from them. Even though she did not give them information! Please help in this! Received a call from and a voice mall was left from a british sounding women's voice saying that they have an urgent personal business matter to discuss; not a sales call and were calling from World Financial Network National Bank. My caller ID showed unknown as the caller. It was a legitimate call in my case. It was for a misplaced/unpaid Maurices bill. I believe that many times these companies work for more than one business and that is where it can get confusing. They should definately not being asking for anybody's credit card number or SSN. They should know what account they are calling for. I did not call them; I simply figured out that I had not paid my Maurice's bill, went online to my account (which is operated by World Financial Network National Bank) and paid it online.

This number is an outgoing call number only. I've gotten several calls from these people, who swear that they can lower my credit card interest rates although I've never once even applied for a credit card. Before you can get the words "I don't own a credit card" out of your mouth they hang up. If you call back, you get a "this party is not accepting phone calls at this time" message. I WILL find a way to get around this, and when I do SOMEONE is going to be very hurt, and unhappy.

an indian man called me and told me i have an outstanding loan for 350 dollars and that i must get a criminal lawyer to call them and that if i dont do that or pay it would cost me 6000 dollars and that i can expect to be terminated from my job the next day! I never took out such a loan!
